Application Process

Application for SMCA begins the first week of January each year. The following process for acceptance to SMCA is:

 

Step 1:  Review our Mission Statement, Core Values and Statement of Faith.

​Step 2:  Submit the online application, with a $50 nonrefundable application fee.

​

​Step 3:  A private family information session will be conducted.

​

Step 4: Formal decision by SMCA staff.   

​

Step 5: If accepted, student and family signs applicable forms for admissions.

​

Step 6: Families should submit their deposit (equal to the last month’s tuition) and nonrefundable curriculum fee.  

​

SMCA admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

School Supply

Tuition and Fees

Tuition payments can be made on a monthly, biannual, or annual basis. Additional fees will be applied for late tuition payments. When opting to pay tuition monthly, please ensure that payments are made by the first business day of each month during the academic session.

 

Curriculum fees will be charged separately from tuition. 

 

Tuition for the 2025/2026 school year are:

 

Middle School

Grades 6th-8th

$5800 per year

additional costs: curriculum

High School

Grades 9th-10th

$5995 per year

additional costs: curriculum

SMCA is committed to providing optimal learning environments. As of the 2025-2026 school year, SMCA has placed a hard cap of 12 students per grade level. Because of this, space is very limited. students who apply after a class is full will be placed on a waitlist in the order of application received.
